Challenge
Gang violence in the Northern Suburbs of the Eastern Cape has claimed the lives of many innocent children caught in crossfire. The challenge was to raise awareness of the devastating impact this violence has on communities.

Solution
We created The Last Child, a sculpture made from clothing belonging to children who had lost their lives to gang violence. The installation was encased in bulletproof glass, symbolising the protection every child deserves but many never receive.

Displayed publicly, the piece served as both a memorial and a call for change.
